This annual report was created for the North Carolina Technological Development Authority. At the time, the TDA served as a business incubator for technology companies with emerging and dynamic technology needing venture capitol and business advisement. They were a valuable support to North Carolina entrepreneurs seeking to grow their research, development and products or services.
